Privacy Policy

As used in this Agreement, "Client Data" means all information processed or stored through the System by Client or on Client's behalf. Client Data includes, without limitation, information provided by the Client and other third parties with whom the Client has expressly granted authorization. Client Data includes Personal Identifiable Information, even if the presence of such information is not disclosed and even if such information is not labeled or otherwise identified. ("Personal Information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, could reasonably be used to infer information about, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a person or household.)

Data Management, Privacy, and Security

Data Ownership and License. Client recognizes and agrees that Broadview Family Law's possession is solely on Client's behalf. Client hereby grants Broadview Family Law a limited license to reproduce and otherwise manage Client Data.

Use and Disclosure

Broadview Family Law may access and use Client Data solely as necessary to provide the legal services further detailed in the Client's Legal Services Agreement. Broadview Family Law may not give any third-party access to Client Data except as required by order of court.

Aggregate/Anonymized Data

Broadview Family Law does not share any information with any third party. Nor do we participate in any tracking with cookies or online ads.

General Security

Without limiting the generality of its obligations elsewhere in this Agreement, the Client shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized exposure or use of this website.

Cookies, the GDPR, and California's Privacy Laws

This website only uses essential cookies for authentication and authorization purposes.

This website may incorporate third-party elements that require additional cookies, scripts, or downloads for their features to function. Broadview Family Law only incorporates useful features, such as payment, booking meetings, and secure file transfer. Broadview Family Law does not

Injunction and Enforcement

Client agrees that: 1. no adequate remedy exists at law if they fail to perform or breach es any of their obligations in this Agreement; 2. it would be difficult to determine the damages resulting from their breach of this Agreement, and such breach would cause irreparable harm to Broadview Family Law and other Clients; and 3. a grant of injunctive relief provides the best remedy for any such breach, without any requirement that Broadview Family Law prove actual damage or post a bond or other security. Client waives any opposition to such injunctive relief or any right to such proof, bond, or other security. Client's obligations in this Agreement apply likewise to Client's successors, including without limitation to any trustee in bankruptcy.
